Just a nit: Flutter is not a programming language, it’s an SDK. The programming language behind Flutter is Dart.

Dart was also first unveiled in 2011, so I wouldn’t say it’s less mature than Kotlin, especially given its heavy use in business-critical apps. But Flutter is definitely younger (* 2014) than the Android SDK (* 2003), and I think that’s what you meant to say.
